Conditions of sale
- All products are strictly ornamental and many of the pieces contain small parts, For safety please ensure children are supervised and not left alone with any items, Bridal bliss will not be held responsible for any injury caused. Do not give to children under 36 months of age
- All the goods remain the property of bridal bliss online until full payment has been received
- We reserve the right to improve fabrics and trimmings used without prior notice
Ordering.
To place an order simply add the item(s) to your shopping cart. The cart will calculate the total amount due including post and packing charges. proceed to the checkout once completed.
Please note the customer is responsible for choosing the correct colours and dimensions of the ordered, Goods will not be dismantled and remade if the customer has made a mistake with sizing, colours ect. Be decisive when ordering.
Payments.
credit cards through paypal, (access, MasterCard, Visa or Switch ) We are not able to accept credit / debit by phone
cheque , Postal orders and Bankers Drafts, by mail in pounds sterling only. Please write your reference on the reverse and make payable to bridal bliss
work will not be carried out on your order until payment has been cleared through the relevant channels
Product Quality
As stated in the conditions of sale we reserve the right to improve the fabrics and trimmings used without prior notice.
Colour control of the crystals and beads and other materials used are the responsibility of the manufacturer/supplier and may occasionally differ from what is shown. The photography process may make the product appear larger than in real life. The size of the actual product along with the components used is displayed alongside the item. If in doubt please ask before ordering.
As each item is handcrafted there may be very slight variations to the original image.
As with any product keep out of direct sunlight for any length of time as this may cause colour distortion / fading
Delivery / Charges
we are please to say we only charge for the weight of your order per gram , not per item or cost of items. On each item listing you will see the weight advertised at the bottom, The shopping cart then calculate the amount due for the completed order. All items will go by Royal Mail.
Items will be dispatched Tuesday - Friday
- Inland U.K ~ 10% of order
- International ~ 12.5% of order
Delivery Timescale
All items in our range are handmade to order unless stated, I will make every effort to ensure a delivery time within 2 weeks upon receipt of payment. You will be contacted shortly after with an estimated time of delivery. This will be sent on Monday if the order has been placed after 5.00pm on Fridays The same applies to Saturday and Sunday orders. Should you have a tight schedule, please contact me and I may be able to accommodate your order requests.
Returns and Refunds
- If you are not completely satisfied with your products , please notify me in writing within 2 days of receipt.
- Full refund (excluding postage costs) will be given on goods returned in original condition and in original packaging within 14 days.
- Refunds will not be given for used goods, or goods returned after your wedding.
- All returns will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the goods
- Customer is liable for all costs involved in return of goods.
- Supplier is entitled to deduct the goods recovery costs from the refund.
- The above terms do not alter or limit your statutory rights.
